Making art was never part of my life plan, but I kept feeling emotions too big for my mind to hold. In 2023, I took a sabbatical from my career in tech to put those feelings on paper—and that's how I found art. Now, telling stories through drawing has become my way of processing the world and expressing myself.
Anyone who knows me knows my relationship with my brother is something special—but we’re still siblings. He's oblivious, intentionally and unintentionally 🙄 I care too much 😛 In our dynamic lives the humor, frustration, love, and all the unspoken things between people who care deeply about each other. That—and my relationship with myself, family, and friends— are what I love to explore.
Art has become a space for me to make sense of my experiences and offer them to others—not to provide answers, but to inspire connection, reflection, and maybe even a little laughter. I believe that when we share the messy, tender parts of ourselves, we begin to heal—and help others feel a little less alone.
In between creating, I'm with friends, family, my capoeira and improv community and lotsss of Chinese food. The soul must be nourished 😋
